REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

At Kyoto Apparel, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We provide comprehensive and accurate product descriptions to ensure that there are no surprises when you receive your order. We want you to know exactly what you'll be receiving when you shop with us.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We pride ourselves on our efficient order processing. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at sales@kyotosoul.com within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any orders placed beyond this 24-hour window are considered final and are prepared for shipment. Please be aware that many of our items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, making it crucial for you to contact us within this timeframe if you wish to cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY:

At this time, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item, an item in the wrong size, or if your item has not been delivered, we can provide a replacement.

To process a replacement, please provide the following information to sales@kyotosoul.com:

  1. Provide the full order number and name.
  2. Images of the product in question.
  3. A paragraph describing why a replacement is necessary.

There is no need to return the item. Simply send us the required information, and we will issue a replacement.

Please note, requests for replacements must be made in a timely manner. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 30 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a replacement.

REFUND POLICY:

Currently, we are not processing refunds once an order has been shipped. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are more than willing to work with you to find a solution, which may include sending a replacement item.
