How to Care for Your Kyoto Soul Pieces

1. Hand Wash or Use the Delicate Cycle
   To keep your Kyoto Soul garments looking fresh and lasting longer, treat them with care. Hand washing is ideal, but if you use a machine, choose the delicate cycle with cold water. For pieces with embroidery or prints, turn them inside out to protect the artwork.
2. Use Mild Detergent Only
   Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh detergents—they can break down fibers and fade colors. Stick with a gentle detergent to preserve the texture and integrity of your Kyoto Soul wear.
3. Air Dry, Always
   Skip the tumble dryer. After washing, lay your pieces flat or hang them up to air dry naturally. Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and preserve vibrancy.
4. Store with Intention
   Fold your Kyoto Soul pieces neatly or hang them up to maintain their shape. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and humidity.
5. Iron with Care
   Natural fabrics like cotton and linen may wrinkle—no worries. Iron on the reverse side using low heat. For embroidered or printed pieces, place a cloth between the fabric and iron to keep the design safe and sharp.
